Rintarou Kira (吉良 麟太郎 Kira Rintarou) is one of the selectable heroes of the otome game Kenka Bancho Otome and the anime Kenka Banchou: Girl Beats Boys. He is voiced by Hosoya Yoshimasa.
Appearance[]
Rintarou has blue eyes and dark blue hair which reaches just below his nape. His fringe covering the entirety of his forehead. He wears a white dress shirt over a black gakuran uniform loosely unbuttoned at the top. He wears a white shirt and black waiter's vest when he works at the cafe.
Personality[]
Rintarou is the calm, cool, and collected guy of the group. A taciturn boy who dislikes hanging out with people, he's always doing things alone. From the flashbacks in the manga, he is revealed to be quite caring and protective of the people he loves.
History[]
Rintarou's mother ignored him while his dad often beat him up, causing him to end up in the orphanage. When he first came, he often sat alone and didn’t talk to anyone. One day, someone made fun of him and Rintarou nearly beat him up if it weren't for Hinako. She stepped in and made him realize he doesn’t want to be abusive just like his dad. Ever since then, he has considered her his "savior" because she taught him the importance of protecting his loved ones. After his mother got divorced and remarried, she readopted him again. Unfortunately, his step father was no different from his real father and beats him up too. This led him to move out and live on his own. He pays for his rent and needs by working as a waiter at a cafe.

- Martial Arts: Having been beaten up by his father before entering the orphanage, Rintarou must have picked this skill up in hopes of defending himself. Since he is the current top of the second years, he is surely possesses immense strength.
Relationships[]
Nakayama Hinako[]
Rintarou is Hinako's childhood friend from the orphanage whom he considers his "savior". He was also the one who taught her self-defense and martial arts. When his mother readopted him, he lost touch of her and haven't been able to communicate ever since. He discovered Hinako who disguised herself as a boy in the first chapter of the manga by her bracelet (which he originally gave to her). He doesn't know her reasons for being at Shishiku, but vows to protect her secret.
Rintarou is also noticeably jealous and overprotective when she is around Totomaru,Takayuki Konparu or the other guys
Nozomi[]
Nozomi is Rintarou's step brother. Although Nozomi hates his older brother, Rintarou still cares about him.
