academy gradeou Onigashima (鬼ヶ島 鳳凰 Onigashima Houou) is one of the selectable heroes and Hikaru's older brother of Kenka Bancho Otome.
Born from a different mother, but the details are unknown. From a young age, he lived separately from Hikaru and had a prejudice against him. Entering Shishiku Academy, according to the customs of the Onigashima family, he carries the legend of ruling the school within a month.
Current Banchou of the Third Years and a rather legendary one at that, dominating Shishiku a month after enrolling in the school as a freshman.
A doting (adoptive) elder brother to Hikaru (and unknowingly Hinako.) He becomes something of a happy idiot when Hinako calls him, "Onii-chan."

Personality[]
In the anime, he is a scary-looking guy with a calm demeanor. In the manga, this is also true in hot
, however, when he sees Hinako at school, he greets her warmly with a big smile and picks her up. He has shown a warm brotherly side as well as a brother complex in later scenes. Houou is also protective of his brother, even though the real Hikaru is cold towards him. He enjoys being called "onii-chan" by Hinako, thinking she's Hikaru. Throughout the manga and bits of the anime, Houou thinks Hinako is Hikaru, but for an unknown reason, he seems to be "hiding" something. It could be he has suspicions and doubts about who Hinako is. Nonetheless, he supports her as much as he can and will fight anyone whom he believes to be a threat.
